Kate Middleton’s diet sounds very tasty as it consists of vegetables, fruits, and lean protein. She clearly favors healthy, produce-filled food and by the way, she cooks and buys a lot of it herself.

In the morning, the Duchess likes to get that blender out and make some delicious smoothies with spinach, romaine, spirulina, kale, matcha, cilantro, and blueberries.

According to Daily Mail, the Duchess of Cambridge follows an organic diet “rich in antioxidants,” that is why she really likes salads and “bowls of seasonal fruits”.

In 2014, some of her favorites included watermelon salads, tabbouleh, gazpacho, ceviche, and goji berries. “Kate already has the perfect figure but her motivation is to achieve radiant skin,” according to an anonymous source.

By the way, she buys many of these products herself.

 

Dinner

Kate Middleton’s go-to dish for dinner is roasted chicken.

“In the evenings she indulges her hobby of cooking William’s favorite supper, roast chicken,” royal correspondent Katie Nicholl wrote in a 2012 Vanity Fair profile.

And another favorite is currie and also she really likes to make chutney, a spicy or savory condiment. When she celebrated her first Christmas with the Queen, this knowledge came in handy. “I was thinking, ‘Gosh, what should I give her?'” the Duchess remembered in the ITV documentary, Our Queen At Ninety.

“I thought, ‘I’ll make her something.’ Which could have gone horribly wrong. But I decided to make my granny’s recipe of chutney.”  

 

Treats

Kate really likes a good old glass of white wine in the evenings, according to Vanity Fair and Daily Mail.
