We’re only a few days away from the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi and it’s becoming clear the 8th episode is perhaps the most expected premiere in 2017. While some build theories about the plot or analyze the trailers Nexter offers main reasons you should watch The Last Jedi and two reasons you may not like it.

BB-8

The Force Awakens’ favorite star droid won’t be alone this time as R2 taking a more prominent role in the movie and C-3PO still a part of the Resistance. Perhaps, it will be one of the most Star Wars humorous and charming characters to enjoy in The Last Jedi.

Kylo Ren’s

The new movie should prove a fascinating continuation of The Force Awakens’ most remarkable character. We hope to see training with Snoke, Kylo and Luke’s relationships and an introduction to the Knights of Ren.

The visuals and technologies

Star Wars films never left fans without a fresh dose of space technologies, X-Wings, new planets and breath-taking views. This time we’ll also see the fascinating new planets such as Crait and aliens that are going to be appearing all indicate that The Last Jedi will feature some of the weirdest and most wonderful designs Star Wars has yet seen.

The best or the worst?

Despite numerous reasons why The Last Jedi could be the best ‘Star Wars’ film yet, some take it more skeptical.

Taking into account the huge success of The Force Awakens, it’s could be a difficult task – not remake The Empire Strikes Back. After the Comparisons between The Last Jedi and Empire have been flying around since credits rolled on The Force Awakens.

Another issue is high expectations that could leave fans disappointed and unsatisfied. Anyway, the movie premiers Dec 15 and may the Force be with you.
