The World Most Beautiful Suicide
This terrifying photo was taken by Robert C. Wiles and published in Life Magazine with the caption: “At the bottom of the Empire State Building the body of Evelyn McHale responses calmly in grotesque bier, her falling body punched into the top of a car”.
A young and pretty Evelyn It’s one of the most famous Empire State Building suicide victims. She jumped from the 86th-floor observatory in 1947 and landed on the roof of a limousine. McHale’s death was given its title as “the most beautiful suicide.” When she died, she was still wearing pearls and white gloves.
Final Moment of Regina Kay Walters
This picture of 14-year-old Regina Kay Walters was taken by serial killer Robert Ben Rhoades. She was one of the women held captive in a torture chamber.
The photo was taken in an abandoned barn, where Rhoades killed Walters after cutting off her hair and dressing her in a black dress and heels.
Genese Hotel Suicide
The creepy pics taken by I. Russell Sorgi on May 7, 1942, received a name “Suicide”. This picture is famous as it captures an event that no one would voluntarily want to witness. It shows a woman named Mary Miller falling to her death after jumping from an eighth floor.
Captured just a fraction of a second before Miller’s violent end, the photo made headlines and became well-known nationally. Sorgi, the photographer, was close by when the whole incident happened, thus he explained the origins of the photo afterwards:
“I snatched my camera from the car and took two quick shots as she seemed to hesitate…As quickly as possible I shoved the exposed film into the case and reached for a fresh holder. I no sooner had pulled the slide out and got set for another shot than she waved to the crowd below and pushed herself into space. Screams and shouts burst from the horrified onlookers as her body plummeted toward the street. I took a firm grip on myself, waited until the woman passed the second or third story, and then shot.”

Heart Of accused vampire Auguste DeLagrange
The mummified heart of Auguste Delagrange, a suspected to be a vampire. After being accused of killing over 40 people at the turn of the last century, he was killed in 1912 and his heart was pierced with a stake.

Keith had run away from home on February 21th and sneaked into Sydney airport. He climbed on a plane’s wheel and hid there for a long time before takeoff.
After leaving the ground the plane got the wheels in and the boy fell. The most interesting fact about that that the photographer had taken this pic by an accident.

Honeymooner killed while scuba diving
Tina Watson, a 26-year-old American from Helena, Alabama was scuba diving on her honeymoon with her new husband David Gabriel Watson when he drowned her.
The report stated “that Watson likely killed his 26-year-old wife by turning off her air supply and holding her in an “underwater bear hug” until she was dead”.
Pennsylvania politician Budd Dwyer before live suicide
Robert Budd Dwyer called a news conference in the Pennsylvania state capital before he killed himself in front of the reporters with a revolver.
At the conference, Dwyer gave his three staffers each an envelope, one containing a suicide note for his wife, an organ donor card and a letter addressed to then-Pennsylvania Governor Bob Casey and then proceeded to pull the gun out of the envelope, opened his mouth and pulled the trigger.

Two minutes of exposure and your cells will soon begin to hemorrhage; four minutes: vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. 300 seconds and you have two days to live.
1997 Heaven’s Gate Suicide
Following an anonymous letter, police arrived at Rancho Santa Fe, California, and discovered 39 victims of a mass suicide. The deceased–21 women and 18 men of varying ages–were all found lying peaceably in matching dark clothes and Nike sneakers and had no noticeable signs of blood or trauma.
It turned out, they all were members of the “Heaven’s Gate” cult that stated the suicide would allow them to leave their bodily “containers” and enter an alien spacecraft hidden behind the Hale-Bopp comet.

The Atomic Bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki killed about 250.000 people and became the most dreadful slaughter of civilians in modern history. Nuclear shadows became imprinted on the grounds where people stood when the dead bodies acted as a form of nuclear sunblock.

Spontaneous human combustion occurs when a fire starts within the body of the victim. In December 1966, the remains of the body of 92-year-old Dr. J. Irving Bentley was discovered in his Pennsylvania home by a meter reader.

A photo of Loana the “Bloodthirster” that was believed to have died in 1909 as she drunk her own blood. The 27-year-old spent two days drinking continually from a Communion Glass and her cause of death was ruled “ritual suicide” by “purposeful ingesting of large quantities of her own blood”.

When Pavel Kashin misjudged this backflip on a 16-story building in St. Petersburg, Russia, in summer 2013, the parkour enthusiast subsequently fell to his death.
Jonestown mass suicide
“Jonestown” was the informal name for the Peoples Temple Agricultural Project formed by the Peoples Temple, an American religious organization under the leadership of Jim Jones, in northwestern Guyana.
Formed in Indianapolis, Indiana, during the mid-1950s, Jonestown was formed as a socialist utopia. Alas in 1978, Jim Jones led hundreds of his followers in a mass murder-suicide at their agricultural commune. 909 people ingested a poison-laced punch, a third of those being children.
Man stuck on subway track with train bearing down
58-year-old Ki-Suck Han fell from a subway platform after someone pushed him. A photographer R. Umar Abbasi captured the scary images as the train fatally struck Ki. He died at a New York Hospital, leaving behind a wife and daughter.
