Pilot Leaves ‘I’m Bored’ Message In His Flight Path + 3 Other Creative Pictures Were Seen in Sky
Throughout the world pilots are drawing planes, love hearts, leaving messages and even signing their own work while on their flight. Nexter.org shows you some of these messages.
I’m bored
An Adelaide pilot has taken workplace venting to new heights by etching “I’m bored” into the sky.
The Diamond Star plane, operated by Flight Training Adelaide, spent a little over three hours in the air on Tuesday to draw the letters over South Australia.
The message was not seen by people on the ground, but was visible to aviation followers watching live flight tracking programs and websites.
It is believed the pilot, who was working out of Parafield Airport, north of Adelaide, was “running in” a new engine.
Naughty image
An American pilot who clearly had time on his hands may have produced the lewdest image ever using GPS flight data.
The pilot was behind the controls of a single-engine plane when he ‘drew’ a naughty image on a flight path over central Florida last night.
Screen grabs of the rude flight path have gone viral on the internet after they were shared by flight-tracking website Flightradar24.

Mark Lloyd spotted the huge grin floating above Cambridge after the skilled sky writing pilot flew overhead.
He posted pictures of the huge grin online, describing it as a “nice start to 2018”. Mark added: “The big smile in a perfect blue sky delighted my kids and was a cheery start to 2018.”
Mysterious pilot
A mystery pilot, only identified by registration number D-EFHN, navigates a private Robin DR400/180 Régent over Germany and uses its flight path to sketch a range of images.

Flightradar 24 captured the moment the aircraft drew an intricate sketch of a plane and back in March it flew in the shape of a love heart.
