Philippines Mayon Volcano Explodes Lava Fragments, Ash and Steam (Video)
Philippines is on high alert as most active volcano is to erupt again: it explodes lava fragments, ash and steam. More than 13,000 people have been evacuated from the danger zone and more 27,000 residents have left the village. The volcano could turn explosive, scientists warn.

Mount Mayon volcano
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) published the alert at the Mayon volcano in the southern part of Luzon with “level 4-5” which will possibly erupt within hours or days.
The volcano is situated on the island of Luzon, about 330 kilometers (205 miles) southeast of Manila.
“We strongly advise all people, both residents and tourists, to avoid the danger zone, and airlines to avoid flying near the volcano summit,” agency chief Solidum stated.
The danger zone around the 2,5-metre (8 feet) volcano has been expanded to 5 mile-radius.
