Nowadays, it’s quite a common thing to cast actors and actresses to be a face and a voice of a character in a video game. And it is not surprising since playing a game with your favorite actor in it makes it much more fun.

Keanu Reeves – Cyberpunk 2077

One of the Xbox’s press conference highlights was the surprise appearance of an actor Keanu Reeves (from the Matrix trilogy and John Wick) and the news that he will star in the upcoming game – Cyberpunk 2077.
The Microsoft video game to go on sale in April 2020.

Mads Mikkelsen – Death Stranding

Mads Mikkelsen is a Danish actor, who portrays the unidentified soldier in Death Stranding. His character is an antagonistic rival figure. Although, Mikkelsen once said, “The characters are very dualistic in [Kojima’s] games: There is no such thing as a bad guy or a good guy in his games.” He also described Death Stranding as a “labyrinthine game”, with a story “completely out of this world”.
Norman Reedus – Death Stranding

Norman Reedus is an American actor, photographer, filmmaker, artist, and writer. In Death Stranding, he portrays an integral character called Sam. This is the second Reedus’ work with Hideo Kojima, his first one was canceled reboot of the Silent Hill video game.
Kojima also said that “This game [Death Stranding] will show a different side of Norman Reedus than fans of The Walking Dead might expect.”
Léa Seydoux – Death Stranding

Léa Seydoux is a French actress who portrays the unidentified Fragile Express woman in Death Stranding. Hideo Kojima said that “Lea is an actress I really respect a lot, so I knew it would be a huge honor if she agreed to accept the role.”
Bryan Dechart – Detroit: Become Human

Bryan Dechart is an American actor and streamer who portrays Connor in Detroit: Become Human video game. He also played Connor in an interactive theater experience that was part of the game’s marketing.
Patrick Stewart – Oblivion

Sir Patrick Hewes Stewart is best known for playing Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation and, of course, the leader of the X-Men, Professor Charles Xavier. And he also voiced Uriel Septim VII in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
