‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’ trailer

The fresh trailer for Disney’s ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’ was released. The sequel brings Angelina Jolie back to the titular role and Elle Fanning as Aurora, and introduces Michelle Pfeiffer as the queen of a neighboring kingdom.

Aurora hopes to marry Prince Phillip, but Maleficent isn’t having it. But the wedding would unite Ulstead and the neighboring Moors, giving the nuptials greater stakes across the land. And on top of all that, this trailer reveals that the film also aims to dig deeper into Maleficent’s origin story.

Maleficent: Mistress of All Evil heads to theaters on Oct. 18.

‘Mulan’ trailer

Disney released a teaser trailer for the new live-action adaptation of the well-known animated movie ‘Mulan’. The fans got upset about the fact that beloved dragon Mushu will be replaced by a phoenix.

Based on the 1998 animated film “Mulan”, the live-action version will feature Chinese actress Liu Yifei, also known as Crystal Liu. Liu is well-known as an actress, model, and singer in China. The Hollywood Reporter said she was picked out of nearly 1,000 candidates for the film.

The live-action movie also features Donnie Yen, Jason Scott Lee, Yoson An, Gong Li, Jet Li and more.

 ‘Judy’ trailer

Starring Renée Zellweger as the Hollywood legend, the film takes place 20 years post-Wizard of Oz. Nope, no ruby slippers here in 1968, when Garland lands in London to perform a series of shows at iconic venue The Talk of the Town.

There trailer sees nods to Garland’s financial instability, along with her struggle to balance her health and voice, her love for her children, and her romance with her soon-to-be fifth husband Mickey Dean.

There’s plenty of footage of Zellweger singing as Garland too, but while the first trailer featured no dialogue, this one has trolleyloads.

Judy hits theaters September 27.
