In its impressive 20-year run, Family Guy has proven to be quite the hit with the world’s sick-minded TV fans and its discerning critics alike, having even won itself eight Emmys in its time.

Along with the likes of South Park, it marked the graduation in animated comedy from The Simpsons, bringing us a more mature mix of grown-up gags and controversy, all bound together by bang-on casting and a tight script.

So, Happy Birthday, our beloved Family Guy!

‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile’ trailer and controversy

The most scandalous and widely discussed upcoming movie this is week is ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile’. The first trailer has dropped and we can see Zac Efron portraying Ted Bundy, the horrible serial killer himself.

Throughout the 70s, Bundy sexually assaulted and brutally murdered many women and girls in the US – his total number of victims is thought to be more than 30.

Bundy was said to have gained the trust of several of his victims due to his handsome looks and utterly charismatic nature – so on that basis at least, Zefron seems ideal for the role.

Some people have shared their worry about the film being portrayed as some sort of a comedy with a romantic hero (Bundy) that is offensive for the victims and their parents (some of them are still alive).

‘Suicide Squad’ spin-off movie, ‘Birds of Prey’, teaser trailer

A teaser trailer for forthcoming Suicide Squad spin-off movie, Birds of Prey, appears to have been leaked – giving us our first glimpse of Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and co. in their full get-up.

Showing clips of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn dancing around in an eccentric, multi-coloured coat along with brief glimpses of other characters, the trailer simply said: “See you soon.”

You can also spot Ewan McGregor as Black Mask.

Birds of Prey will follow Harley Quinn as she teams up with other anti-heroes of DC Comics – including Black Canary, Huntress and Renee Montoya – to help a young Cassanda Cain.

Pedowitz said, “I don’t know what it would be,” but it all comes down to the involvement of original EPs Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage.

“‘Cause you don’t want to do anything without them.”
