‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix’ premiere

‘The Secret Life of Pets 2’ premiere
The secret life of pets 2 will follow summer 2016’s blockbuster about the lives our pets lead after we leave for work or school each day. We will see the return of writer Brian Lynch (Minions) and once again be directed by Chris Renaud (Despicable Me series, Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax).
‘Black Mirror’ Season 5 premiere
The fifth season of this popular sci-fi program not only features Miley Cyrus, who stars in the third episode of the season titled “Rachel, Jack and Ashley Too,” but the newest batch of episodes also includes appearances from Anthony Mackie, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Topher Grace, Damson Idris, Andrew Scott, Madison Davenport, and Ludi Lin.
Black Mirror Season 5 premiered Wednesday, June 5 on Netflix.
‘Ford v. Ferrari’ trailer
20th Century Fox has released the first trailer for Logan and Walk the Linefilmmaker James Mangold’s highly anticipated new film Ford v. Ferrari.
The story is set against the backdrop of 1966’s 24 Hours of Le Mans race in France and follows maverick American car designer Carroll Shelby (Matt Damon) who sets out to build a revolutionary car that would allow Ford to challenge Ferrari, with Christian Bale playing fearless British racer Ken Miles—who gets behind the wheel of the new Ford racing vehicle.
‘Lion King’ new trailer
In the latest Lion King trailer, Beyoncé can be heard as the voice of Nala for the first time. The live-action adaptation of the 1994 animated classic is out July 19.

HBO’s ‘Chernobyl’ is now the top-rated TV show on IMDb

“Chernobyl,” HBO’s gritty and horrifying retelling of the worst nuclear disaster in history, has jumped to the No. 1 spot on IMDb’s all-time TV rankings just days after the limited series concluded.
As of Tuesday, “Chernobyl” had a 9.7-star (out of 10) average rating from about 140,000 users on the Amazon-owned IMDb site. The five-episode limited series finished its run on HBO Sunday, June 3.
‘A Rainy Day in New York’ trailer
A Rainy Day in New York is an upcoming American romantic comedy film written and directed by Woody Allen. It stars Timothée Chalamet, Elle Fanning, Selena Gomez, Jude Law, Diego Luna and Liev Schreiber.
Italy’s Lucky Red has confirmed Italian press reports that it will release “A Rainy Day in New York” on Oct. 3, leading to local speculation that the film could launch in September at the Venice Film Festival.
Jessica Jones is a ‘fraud’ in the Season 3 trailer
Netflix released the latest trailer for Jessica Jones, depicting her as a flawed hero coming up against a new and smarter enemy in the show’s final season.
