The fire broke out in New York at 7 p.m. EST on Thursday evening. 12 people killed, including infant child.

  • The fire started in the New York apartment (Bronx). As the result, 12 people were killed;
  • According to NBC News, a 1-year-old child is among victims of the blaze;
  • The fire broke out on the first floor at about  7 p.m. EST on Thursday;
  • The five-story building has 25 apartments and the wounded were found on different floors;
  • Firefighters saved 12 people, stated CNN;
  • The school located near the building were transformed into a shelter, where the evacuated people stayed during the cold and bitter weather;
