What the TV Show is about?
So, the show is called Star Wars: The Mandalorian. The events are taking place after the sixth episode: Darth Vader is dead, the Empire is defeated, Luke Skywalker is recruiting students to his academy.

The series will tell us about the adventures of the Mandalorian warrior. He lives in a remote corner of the galaxy, where lawlessness still reigns. The name of the main hero has not yet been revealed.

Who are Mandalorians?
Mandalorians are one of the most brutal and experienced warriors of the Galaxy. They have often (and quite successfully) fought with the Jedi. However, at dusk of the Old Republic, their home planet was briefly captured the former Sith Darth Maul.

When does it air and who directs it?
The list of directors who will take a part in the project is already known. Among the most notable are Taika Waititi (“Thor: Ragnarok”) and Dave Filoni (“The Clone Wars”, “Rebels”).

It is assumed that the premiere of The Mandalorian will be held in 2019, but it has not yet been officially confirmed. The series, supposedly, will be shown on the Disney streaming service, but there are no details about it either.
