In a nutshell 

2019 MTV Video Music Awards will be held in New Jersey for the first time in the history of the award ceremony. The broadcast will start at 8 p.m. ET at the Prudential Center in Newark.

Also, an interesting fact is that famous singers, Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift, both led the nominations with ten each.
