Brandon Lee was killed while filming of the scene when one of the characters shot the actor.
The bullet hit Lee’s spine and the actor in a few moments. The footage of his death was destroyed.

The Return of the Musketeers (1989)
Roy Kinnear, 54, fell from a horse during the filming of the scene in The Return of the Musketeers.
The actor had broken pelvis and died in a hospital because of complications. The film’s director Richard Lester decided he would never shoot another film again.

The Conqueror (1956)
The movie was filmed near the place of nuclear testing in Nevada. It caused cancer among a number of people, for instance: Dick Powell (director) Susan Hayward (actress), John Hoyt (actor) and more.
One of the actors learned he had cancer and committed suicide. In total, 91 people of the cast had cancer after the filming and 47 died.

Twilight Zone: The Movie (1982)
Vic Morrows and two kids, 7 years old My-Ca Dinh Le and 6 years old Renee Shin-Ye Chen, were killed during the shooting of “Twilight Zone”.
They were decapitated by the blades of the helicopter. One of the children was crashed lethally.
