Swedish singer’s name looks like “Likely” but it’s not how it is pronounced, it’s actually “Licky Lee.”
But it still way easier than her real name –Â Li Lykke Timotej Zachrisson.
MØ
MØ is a Danish singer who performs atmospheric electropop dance tracks and a lot of people have troubles pronouncing her name. It sounds kind of like “meh” and “mÉ™” and “moo,” and like none of these at the same time. Listen to how she says it herself.

The real way to pronounce this hip-hop duo’s name is “RAY SRIM-MERD.” And to be honest that doesn’t really sound like a Billboard chart-topping hip-hop band, don’t you think?
Chvrches

Well, can you really blame anyone from saying Chvrches wrong? But actually, everything is very simple. It is pronounced “Churches.” they just changed U to V so “Google wouldn’t confuse the group with actual churches.”
Sigur Rós
Sigur Rós is an Icelandic post-rock band and they took their name from the lead singer’s sister, Sigurrós. To say it correctly just don’t  hit the final “S” too hard. Actually, they have an audio pronunciation guide on their website.
Die Antwoord

Everything is very simple. Die Antwoord means “the answer” in Afrikaans and it’s pronounced “dee ant-werd,” not “die ant-VERD.”
Bon Iver
Actually, it’s “bone ee-vair,” not “bawn eye-ver.” Bon hiver means “good winter” in French, but “hiver” reminded Justin Vernon of “liver,” so he got rid of the “h”. When he came up with the name, he was having liver pain, a side effect of his mononucleosis.
Haim
The name of the band is actually the last name of the three sisters. It’s not “hame” or “hime”. It’s “hy-uhm.” For better understanding, just watch the video where they teach how to say it.
