Duchess of Cambridge’s body is a dream of many girls and women! However, not all of them realize that her size six figure is hard daily work.
So what’s her secret? Actually, Kate Middleton doesn’t have a personal trainer, but she adores doing sport while at home: running, playing with kids, workouts.
The Daily Mail’s source states: “Kate finds the time to run as often as possible when in Norfolk.”

But it’s only one part of the day. The most important exercise she’s doing is a simple plank. “It tightens her muscles,” the source said.
As a matter of fact, it’s not as easy as you think. Just try to do it for at least 20 seconds and you’re a hero of the day. Here’s how Kate’s doing it:
“There are three elements, the basic plank, the side plank and the prone sky dive, all of which are positions Kate can hold for 45 seconds or longer and repeat at least ten times each.”
“The side plank requires you to balance on your side, holding your body straight with feet together and one arm flexed directly under your shoulder,” the source continued.

“Meanwhile, the prone sky dive plank is slightly less excruciating, as you have to lie on your tummy and gently raise your chest off the floor until your tummy muscles beg for mercy.”
