Kanye West and Drake Twitter rant
Kanye had a huge fight with Drake, his former collaborator. As we all now in 2018, the fights usually take place on social media in a form of a Twitter rant.
The thread of tweets began when Kanye West received a text reading that Drake wants to ‘clear’ a song for the 2009 Ye-produced track “Say What’s Real” from Drake’s So Far Gone mixtape.
“Drake sent in clearance request for ‘Say What’s Real’. Do you wanna clear,” wrote Kanye on Twitter. “This proves shit faker than wrestling.”
“You threatened the safety of me and my family,” wrote Kanye on Twitter.
West continued to write a lot of messages on Twitter addressing Drake and demanding an apology for the previous arguments. “Still need that apology for mentioning the 350s and trying to take food out your idols kids mouths,” said Kanye.
Drake accused West of sharing information about his son to his G.O.O.D. Music cohort and wrote “No Stylist” to mock Ye. “Yeah, keepin’ it G, I told her “don’t wear no 350s ’round me,” said Drake about West’s promo company.
The singer complained about Drake “buying first two rows” at Pusha T’s Toronto show last month on purpose.
“Stop this already bro. You getting people hurt out here and over what,” Ye wrote.
“Sending purple emojis When I’m dealing with mental shit I need my apologies now Not through scooter either Not through Travis,” he continued.
One of the last tweets were saying that Drake called and threaten him and “So drake if anything happens to me or anyone from my family you are the first suspect. So cut the tough talk”
Ariana Grande and Kim Kardashian reaction
Ariana Grande encouraged Kanye West and Drake to stop fighting:
But it looked more like an advertisement for Miley’s new song, “War Is Over” and Ariana’s new song, “Imagine” that dropped today at midnight ET.
Miley even replied saying “Didn’t they hear the news ?! War IS over! Thank you, next!”
Kim Kardashian defended her husband and asked Drake not to threaten her family.
“My husband is the most brilliant person, the most genius person that I know. He has broken so many boundaries, everything from music, stage design, fashion and culture and will continue to change the world,” she added.
