Barbecued chicken
To get the perfect outcome, learning the proper technique is essential. Chicken is a very lean meat, which makes it a choice for those watching their diet, but its lack of fat means that it can sometimes become too dry when exposed to the intense heat of the grill pit.
If barbecuing, light the grill now so the flames have died down and it’s ready when you’re ready to cook.
Lovely served with the evolution potato salad and a fresh green salad, or delicious sliced in sandwiches in some good-quality bread. Add some leafy lettuce and sliced tomato to give it a good crunch.
Korean BBQ recipe
AS for Korean BBQ there are plenty of super-cool recipes to try but Nexter.org chose only few of them:
- Korean Spicy Pork BBQ
Spicy pork bulgogi (called jeyuk bokkeum or dweji bulgogi) is another highly popular Korean BBQ dish. Jeyuk means pork, and bokkeum means stir-fry.
Unlike its beef counterpart, which is traditionally marinated in a soy sauce based sauce, pork is typically marinated in a spicy chili pepper paste (gochujang,Â ê³ ì¶”ìž¥) based sauce with lots of fresh garlic and ginger. For an authentic Korean dish, there is simply no substitute for gochujang. The recipe also uses gochugaru (Korean red chili pepper flakes). You can omit it if you like it less spicy or add more to make it spicier.
