The movie is reminiscent of the popular urban legend about Bloody Mary – an old witch, who eats children to bring back her youth.

Firstly, no one saw anything bad in the old lady, but, then, people started to notice that Mary was getting younger and younger and the kids disappeared one by one.

They followed the witch and found the dead bodies. Bloody Mary was burned to death and cursed people: if they say her name three times in front of the mirror, she will come back and kill them.
