Grumpy Cat owner won $883,000 in lawsuit for copyright
Grumpy Cat – is a so-called Internet celebrity that is famous for memes. Her owner, Tabatha Bundesen won a lawsuit against the Grenade beverage company.
She signed on for the cat to sell a Grumpy Cat Grumpuccino, but the company subsequently used the cats image to help sell other products, which was forbidden.

Monkey “selfies”
Animal Rights group filed a lawsuit on behalf of a monkey claiming it should have a copyright protection on a “selfie” it took when it stole a photographer’s camera.
“If the monkey took the photo, it’s their property,” they said.
