Wow, retro rocks!

PlayStation Classic is to feature ‘generation-defining’ games, including the 20 legendary like Final Fantasy VII, Tekken 3 and Ridge Racer.

“Long-time fans will appreciate the nostalgia that comes with rediscovering the games they know and love, while who might be new to the platform can enjoy the groundbreaking PlayStation console experience that started it all.”

In our humble opinion, PlayStation Classic should feature the following 5 games for sure:

Final Fantasy  VIII

Final Fantasy franchise is in heart of every true gamer. Surely, these games were re-released a lot of times on various platform including Nintendo Switch and Xbox One, but everything that was special about the original game was lost.

Teen love story, interesting plot and exciting gaming – that is what we expect Sony to bring back with new Sony PlayStation Classic.

Spyro the Dragon

Spyro the Dragon is the very first dragon of every child who spent most of their time holding an old-school console. For a lot of them, this is also the first fully 3D game with all the flying and fighting and cool missions.

Also, Spyro Reignited Trilogy is set to be re-released this year. The game is scheduled for November 13, 2018 (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One).

Gran Turismo 2

Gran Turismo 2 was loved by every fan of racing games that was eager to build their international racing champion career and spend hours getting your driving license.

To feel like a real racing expert, you need to overcome a lot of obstacles and Gran Turismo was ready to offer you some.

Tekken 3

Ask anyone, Tekken 3 is considered one of the greatest games of all time. “Ranked as one of the Best Video Game of the 90s, Tekken’s second sequel matched all the beats its predecessors were aiming for – and then outdid them in every respect,” according to a fan website – WhatCulture.

The same site adds: “It really hasn’t aged a day – even the graphics are just endearing, rather than anything unpleasant – and the Tekken Ball and Force side modes are simply genius. There’s a damn good reason this is often cited as one of the best games of the 90s, if not all time.”

Ridge Racer

The take part in racing competitions set in the fictional Ridge City. Since the first game was released (1993), it’s considered to be influential and was followed by a series of sequels and adaptations for various platforms.
