After the intense shaking hands with French President Emmanuel Macron, the white marks could be seen on Trump’s hand. Later Trump commented Macron would be “very tough” to beat at “arm wrestling,” CNN reports.

However, Macron later stated, “My handshake with him, it wasn’t innocent. One must show that you won’t make small concessions, even symbolic ones, but also not over-publicize things, either,” Macron said, adding that it was “a moment of truth.”
