What is Flexitarian diet?
Developed by Dawn Jackson Blatner, the Flexitarian diet is for those, who don’t want to give up meat entirely.
It’s something like a vegetarian diet, but you’re allowed to consume meat once in a while.

How does it work?
Surely, the aim of the diet is to reduce the amount of meat eaten during the week. For instance, you can replace it with tofu, beans, nuts, and eggs.
