What’s going to be?

Child’s Play (1988) is an iconic horror movie that we all remember from our childhood, but does it need a remake?

Lars Klevberg, the director, and Tyler Burton Smith, the writer, think so.

As in the movie of the same title, the 2019 version is about a family that is terrorized by a creepy as hell doll that has intelligence. The film stars Aubrey Plaza, Gabriel Bateman, Brian Tyree Henry, and Mark Hamill as the voice of Chucky.

So, here is the top critics’ opinion on the movie:

Might be the best film in the whole series! Can you believe it?

It’s now hard to find a movie that lasts less than 120 minutes

However, some people think that the remake was completely unnecessary

As most of the new horror movies, it wins the audience with psychological pressure

“Half-baked and underbudgeted”
