According to CNN, David Davis has resigned due to differences with Theresa May, Prime Minister. He was responsible for handling the UK’s exit from the European Union. Two more ministers reported to have resigned in protest of Theresa May’s Brexit compromise – Steve Baker and Suella Braverman.
He told BBC Radio 4 he “proposed one approach, (May) chose another one that is more conciliatory to the EU. My fear is they’ll take what we’re offering and demand some more … We’re giving too much away, too easily, and that’s a dangerous strategy,” he stated.
