Pilot has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter
David Henderson, 64, a pilot, had to fly a plane from France to Cardiff, but it was David Ibbotson instead.
The investigation showed that Ibbotson was not qualified enough to be in charge of the flight at night and the commercial passengers like Cardiff striker Emiliano Sala.
