The plot of the final 8 season is still hidden. Casey Bloys the president of  Programming at Home Box Office said that the system has intensive security to prevent final season disclosure, even the scripts that cast received would self-destruct.

The last 13 episodes of Game of Thrones were split into two shorter seasons. That’s why season 8 will have six episodes, in any case, regardless of the abbreviated season, the new scenes won’t be super long, about two hours per episode.
