44th US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle are in talks to produce shows for Netflix, according to the New York Times.

The New York Times reports that Barack and Michelle Obama are in “advanced negotiations” with Netflix to produce a series for the streaming service.
The source characterized it as a “production partnership” and said the deal has not been finalized yet.
Netflix’s and Obama’s spokesmen declined to comment.
According to the report, “in one possible show idea, Mr. Obama could moderate conversations on topics that dominated his presidency — health care, voting rights, immigration, foreign policy, climate change — and that have continued to divide a polarized American electorate during President Trump’s time in office.”
Also, the future project could be really more about Michelle than Barack: “another program could feature Mrs. Obama on topics, like nutrition, that she championed in the White House,” New York Times suggests.
As for fans crazy ideas, they expect to see the former president and first lady in such Netflix’s projects as “Orange is the New Barack” or “Barack Mirror”.
