#1 Junk Food

Meghan Markle cares about Harry’s health, that’s why she asked him to put in the fridge fresh fruit and vegetables instead of fast food.

“The American actress, who prides herself on a healthy-eating regimen and is a devotee of daily yoga sessions, is said to have emptied out the contents of Harry’s fridge and cupboards when she moved into his Nottingham Cottage bachelor pad, binning his favorite calorific treats,” royal expert Katie Nicholl told Vanity Fair in April.

 

#2 Smoking

Before the wedding, Prince Harry’s bride made him gave up cigarettes step by step.

The source told Woman&Home, “Harry has promised no smoking at all at home. It’s not nice for Meghan as a non-smoker. So there’s no more hanging out of the window for a quick puff. Harry has quit for Meghan.”

 

#3 Hunting

The news broke about Prince Harry not to participating in Boxing Day shooting tradition with his brother in order to respect Meghan’s love for animals and PETA support.

A royal source told the Sunday Mirror: ‘William sees this as another concerning example of his brother being pulled away from his family by his new wife.

‘Harry’s always loved hunting and it has provided them with a great chance to bond as brothers.

‘But now it looks like Harry’s shooting days are over. It’s the latest point of contention between the Princes.’

 

#4 Alcohol

Prince Harry also had to give up alcohol when Meghan Markle got pregnant.

“Considering he’s been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it’s quite an achievement,” a royal insider told The Express in January.

“Now his new regime doesn’t make him the most entertaining party guest in the world, but he’s definitely more chilled and relaxed.”

 

#5 Caffeine

To be healthy, Meghan also made Harry get rid of any product that includes caffeine.

The Express’s source says, “Considering he’s been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it’s quite an achievement.”

“All she did was show him there’s another way to live and he’s become a huge fan,” the source says. “He eats well, doesn’t poison his body, exercises, does a bit of yoga and is a lot happier.”
