756

: Endgame is scheduled for release in the United States on April 26, 2019, however, the developers have already started teasing us with sneak-peeks and teaser trailers, and Super Bowl trailer isn’t an exception.

Nexter.org gathered all the easter eggs and references from : Endgame Super Bowl trailer and explained them for you.

Here’s a trailer. Watch it and then move on to the article!

Fans think Thor is hunting down Thanos in the trailer

One of the scenes of the trailer shows Thor alone in an unknown location, however, the fans quickly recognized where he might be.

@softIoki stated “i’m not saying this could be the same planet but thor really is coming for thanos’ *ss.” Another user added, “thor is going out to kill thanos to avenge heimdall and loki send tweet.”

Moreover, the background in the trailer looks almost exactly the same as the one that our antagonists was seen at the end of : Infinity War.

Seems like a character was edited out of the trailer

Thanks to @spidervalkyrie, we’ve noticed that one of the characters was possibly edited out between Bruce and Rhodey from : Endgame trailer.

It’s not the first time Marvel do this to avoid spoilers. In : Infinity War trailers, the developers got rid of a few Infinity Gems in Thanos’ gauntlet, so the fans wouldn’t know that he got them at that particular moment of the movie.

We see here Black Widow, Captain America, Bruce Banner, and War Machine. But who is absent?

Then @spidervalkyrie pointed out that the editing is seen in one more scene.

Polygon came to the conclusion that the edited characters might be one of the following ones: Pepper Potts, Happy Hogan, Won, Shuri and…Captain Marvel.

The movie about the last one is set to premiere on the 8th of March, so it’s possible that Marvel edited her out to avoid spoilers.

Ant-Man and the Quantum Realm

At the end of the Ant-Man and the Wasp, the main character got into the Quantum Realm. In the “Endgame”, he somehow came back: Ant-Man appears in the first teaser and commercial for the from the Super Bowl.

According to the popular fan theory, Ant-Man made a time jump to the past –  in 1983.

In the December teaser, you can see the numbers on the records from the CCTV on which the superhero appears.

However, to get out of the Quantum Realm, the character Ant-Man still needs help from outside.

How much time has passed since ‘the snap’

At the end of the previous film, Thanos turns half of the universe into ashes. It is unknown how much time passes after the last scene of the Infinity War, but in 4, the survivors have already managed to organize support groups.

It’s clearly seen thanksfully to the sign reading “Where fo we go, now that they’re gone?”

Therapeutic sessions do not help superheroes. Captain America still cannot accept being defeated and says that some have continued to live their lives, but not we (superheroes).
