‘Aquaman’ London Premiere and First Reactions – DC’s Best Movie or Another Superhero Cliché?
Perhaps, on of the last superhero movies in 2018 and it has already premiere at London’s Leicester Square on Nov. 26.
Here’s how movie stars impressed the audience on the red carpet and also read what people think about the film (but no spoilers, of course!).

Premiere date
First things first. In case you read about this movie for the fist time, ‘Aquaman’ is a DC’s solo movie about a half-Atlantean/half-human who is played by Jason Momoa.
He made his true cinematic debut in the Justice League movie last year, which saw him team up with old favorites like Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman.

The film also sees Amber Heard reprise her role as warrior and Aquaman’s ally, Mera, while Willem Defoe debuts as his advisor Vulko.
Despite the world premiere happened on Nov. 26, Americans will see almost a month later – on December 21.
Here you may check the trailer:
Amber Heard rocked the red carpet
Seems now stars are setting a new trend for their movie premieres. Just like Ezra Miller stole headlines and everybody’s attention at the various premieres for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, Heard appeared in movie-themed amazing outfit.

The headpiece, covered in green flowers, seemed to be channeling the synchronized water ballerinas of the ’50s, which is very on-theme for a movie that has plenty of under-water scenes (based on its trailer footage).
The actress’ cap matched her plunging gold and green Valentino dress (that did not appear to be waterproof). Her long gold necklace and metallic stilettos are also probably best on dry land.

As you see, other members of cast preferred to wear their more usual clothes.
Social media reactions
For the first time since Wonder Woman, a DC film’s been receiving nothing but excitement and hype from fans, instead of the usual leaks, rumors and critical derision that we’ve sadly become used to. Would Jason Momoa’s waterlogged hero be able to lead his own adventure?
Check out the various reactions below. Full ‘Aquaman’ reviews won’t arrive until December 11th.
