Size and Weight
The new Apple invention is too enormous: 6.8 inches high (172 mm) and 5.6 inches wide (142 mm). Its weight is 5.5 pounds (2.5 kg).
Of course, its larger size means there’s more room to fit in more powerful system and speakers, but it won’t differ from Amazon Echo or any other smart devices of this kind.

Price
Apple HomePod will cost you over $350 for an item. Compare it to Amazon Echo, Sonos, and Google Home price – $99-200.
Why pay more if you can have the same features for the lower price?

Only works with Apple Music
Amazon Echo and Google Home Mini work with all of the streaming services and it’s definitely their pro.
Users can connect their iOS and Android devices to these two smart speakers and stream music via Bluetooth.
In case of HomePod, the only music you’ll be able to stream is Apple Music. Maybe not a problem for some people, but a great deal of music lovers prefer using Spotify with 140 million subscribers.
Multi-room audio
HomePod doesn’t support multi-room audio at lunch. The streaming music and Siri voice controls working through AirPlay and AirPlay 2 won’t available at that time.
