Ron and Harry turned into Crabbe and Goyle, Harry forgot to take off his glasses and the following dialog happened:

— Why are you wearing glasses?

— I was reading.

— Reading? I didn’t know you could read.

During the shooting of this scene, Tom Felton forgot what he had to say so the last line of this dialog is a pure improvisation. Which was way too good and fitting to his character that they left it in the movie.

Since the budget of the movie was too low to shoot a crowd scene, they filmed it in the real market and when Sylvester Stallone was running through it, a seller threw an orange to him and Stallone didn’t fell out of the character, caught it, thanked the seller and turned this situation into a really sweet movie scene.

Robert Downey Jr. ate between and even during takes so much that produces just decided to make this his character’s feature too. So it’s a win-win.

Don Corleone, according to the script, didn’t have a cat. During the shooting of this scene, the cat just walked in and Marlon Brando took it in his hands. And there you have it, a beautifully contrasting scene – Don Corleone is gently petting the cat while speaking about beating a man up.

Remember the moment when Thor entered his apartment and hung his hammer on the rack? Like it was a coat or something. Chris Hemsworth improvised this scene and it matched character’s nature so well that they decided to leave it is the movie.
