The number of fentanyl deaths

“Fentanyl kills 100,000 Americans a year,” the President tweeted.

Truth: the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention states less than 28,466 people died because of a fentanyl overdose.

Visit to Dayton and El Paso hospitals 

“Not only did they meet with me, they were pouring out of the room. The doctors were coming out of the operating rooms,” Trump claimed.

Truth: “At no time did (or would) physicians or staff leave active operating rooms during the presidential visit. Our priority is always patient care,” said Ryan Mielke of University Medical Center of El Paso. The same was said by the Dayton hospital representative.

China’s state of the economy

“They had the worst year in 27 years, but I think it was actually 52 or 54 years. It was the worst year they’ve had in half a century,” POTUS stated.

Truth: Yes, 27 years is the correct answer, however, President went on making this number twice bigger.

Barack Obama and landing in the Philippines

Donald Trump once said: “President Obama: when they wouldn’t let land — let him land in the Philippines, when they treated him so badly in so many places. The Philippines is one that comes to mind…”

Truth: Barack Obama was twice in the Philippines and no one was trying to not let him land.

The infamous wall 

The Presidents always refers to the wall as “tremendous numbers of miles of wall” making it endless and really lond.

Truth: There are only 50 miles of replacement barriers.

Separating migrant children 

“I am the one that kept the families together. OK? You remember that, right? Just remember I said it. And now it gets even better. President Obama and others brought the families apart. But I’m the one who kept the families together, ” POTUS claimed.

Truth: Barack Obama didn’t support separating migrant children and these actions were taken really rarely.

G8 becoming G7

Trump told the reporters: “So it was the G8 for a long time, and now it’s the G7. And a lot of the time, we talk about — we talk about Russia. We’re talking about Russia because I’ve gone to numerous G7 meetings. And I guess President Obama, because Putin outsmarted him — President Obama thought it wasn’t a good thing to have Russia in, so he wanted Russia out…But, as you know, for most of the time, it was the G8. It included Russia. And President Obama didn’t want Russia in because he got outsmarted. Well, that’s not the way it really should work.”

Truth: The G8 got rid of the Russian Federation for annexing Crimea from Ukraine in 2014.

Man of the Year in Michigan

The President stated he was named “Man of the Year in Michigan.”

Truth: No, he was not.
