Margot Robbie went through one of the hardest preparations in her life for the role of a figure skater. She was trying to gain muscle mass and learn to ice skate with the help of professional choreographers 4 hours a day, 5 times a week, over several months.
Tessa Thompson, Thor: Ragnarok

Tessa Thompson had to gain about 15 lbs of muscle mass for the role of Valkyrie. She was working out 6 times per week with a personal coach even controlled the food she ate.
Daisy Ridley, Star Wars (The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi)

Before Star Wars, Daisy had never even done any sports. But to get that warrior type of body she trained 5 hours a day, 5 times a week. She had to do kickboxing, climbing, and heavy lifting.

Wonder Woman’s training took 6 months and lasted 6 hours a day, “I did 2 hours of gym work, 2 hours of fight choreography, and 2 hours of horseback riding, which was super hard.”

To get the body of a superhero, Brie Larson trained with an experienced personal coach for 9 months, 5 times a day, each session lasted for 4 hours.

Emily Blunt had to work on her strength, stamina, and mobility in her joints. For the movie, she had to wear a 65 lb exosuit and try not to get injured, while doing all the tricks. “I prepared as much as I could, and then the first day when I showed up and put the suit on, I just thought, ’Oh god I’m going to start crying, ’” she said.

Alicia’s training lasted for 7 months and included heavy lifting 6 times a week, climbing 2-3 times, and boxing 4 times a week. A coach created a special plan that imitated the preparation of professional athletes.
