Back in 2012, two brothers decided to launch their own brand and use the name of Apple co-founder – Steve Jobs. The interesting fact is that Apple has never registered his name, thus they lost this battle.

Apple apologized for slowing the work of iPhone. It also promised to temporarily reduce the cost of replacing the battery for $50 dollars for iPhone 6 and newer.
But this may not be enough.
Apple is currently facing 9 lawsuits for slowing down iPhones, including a lawsuit for $999999999000 made by Californian woman Violetta Mailyan.

In France, companies are threatened the legal consequences of such behavior.
According to French law, the planned slowing down of the devices is prohibited.
The violation of the law: 2 years of imprisonment, a fine of up to €300,000 and a fine of 5% of their annual sales.
