Shooters: James Holmes, 24. He has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Over 80 people suffered: 12 killed, 58 wounded from gunfire, 4 from tear gas, 8 from fleeing accidents. Holmes is currently serving life in prison and was denied parole.
